Beim Aufenthalt besteht keine Möglichkeit der Gartennutzung, so das mit der Flächenangabe 3000m² falsche Vorstellungen entwickelt werden können. Heizungseinstellung für beide Geschosse bei voll aufgedrehten Ventilen etwas zu kalt. Lage im Ort optimal - da noch funktionierender Einzelhandel und Bäckerei existieren.
