"I would happily stay here again, the house is comfortable and very well equipped. There is plenty of space to relax. You can easily walk to the beach, cafes and super market. The area is very nice - sea and mountains. The owner was very friendly and relaxed, but also very quick to answer any messages. "

"Apartamento muy bien ubicado. A pocos minutos andando de la playa . Limpio, comodo y acogedor y con todos los electrodomesticos a excepcion de lavavajillas. Lo unico que hay detalles descuidados en cableado y la plaza de aparcamiento no es como tal. Son espacios al aire libre, en zona comunitaria, que ocupa el primero que llega. Y te puedes ver sin sitio. La valoración es positiva. Repetiria"

"We had an amazing holiday, the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the pool and the tennis court. It was great having a private garage. Thank you Jose for welcoming us and fitting WiFi. The local beaches are stunning and there are some great walks in the area."

"Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. We enjoyed to drink a fresh lemon from the garden and sit in front of the house, looking at the splendid mountain panorama in front of us. Many thanks for this nice and relaxing stay, regards, A & C"

"We had a terrific week in Gonzalo & Ana's villa. It had everything we needed, plus a excellent pool in the garden. Gonzalo & Ana were very welcoming when they met us and the property was very clean and well equipped. It's a great base for exploring the Northern coast of Spain. We went to Bilbao, Burgos and Haro during our visit, each providing a different experience of Northern Spain and its culture. Thank you so much Gonzalo & Ana. "

"Acertado , la casa tal como el anuncio , ubicación excelente, la zona inmejorable cerca a todo , súper mercados , estación de servicios, el metro , la zona de restaurantes, bares, el puerto y playa , la vista espectacular a la Ría desde la cocina , el salón , el comedor , tiene un Balcón que al habernos hecho buen tiempo lo disfrutamos mucho , la casa está muy bien equipada y la encontramos con todo lo necesario , fácil de encontrar la dirección, fácil la entrega de llaves , muy contentos todos...

"Funny how life works sometimes. We had our eye on a place closer to Santander, with a view of the bay, but unusual payment issues with that prospective host prevented the rental from going through. "The house is lovely as is the area. We had fun days on the beach, nice walks and ate really well. My only criticism is that there was maintenance work going on outside which detracted a bit from the area around the pool although we still had the pretty balcony area to use undisturbed. Overall really good and the lady that let us in was very helpful."
