The apartment
It was completely renovated at the end of 2015 in a modern and designer style. It has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living room is very bright with impressive ceiling height and the exposed brick interior wall which gives a certain charm.
In the building there is a washing machine which is accessible to the tenants of the apartment (this is an additional charge).
Access
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey character house, accessible by staircase
The neighborhood
By staying here, you will quickly realize that Liège is not such a big city because everything is walkable and nothing is too far.In 5 minutes on foot, you will reach the city's various points of interest: Place Saint-Lambert and its shopping gallery, the pedestrian center and its shops, bars and restaurants, the historic center and its access to the hillsides, the neighborhood Outremeuse on the other bank of the Meuse,… In short, you will benefit from an ideal and very central location. You won't be bored!
A few days after your arrival, you will have the same reflexes as most people from Liège.Note that you are halfway between the Theater and the Opera, that the cinemas are less than 10 minutes away on foot, that there are several supermarkets 5 minutes away (Carrefour market, Okay Compact and Delhaize) in addition small local shops and a gym is also very close.
Transportation
Do you travel most of the time on foot? The city is small enough to be able to explore it on foot and have access to all points of interest.
By car, there are few spaces in the neighboring streets, but we recommend the Saint-Denis car park which is 300m away, or the Place Cockerill car park
By bus, nothing could be simpler: Place Saint-Lambert (hub of the public transport network) is a 5-minute walk away.
By train, there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins
