"The hotel has no AC. Our room was above the front of the hotel, where everyone gathered on the patio to drink and smoke. The noise and the smell were terrible. The room was hot, and to open the window your room smelled of smoke. We woke up at 6:30 am to the smell of smoke. How dreadful! We asked for a fan, but the hotel did not have any. And the hotel is located on a busy road. Needless to say, we had a terrible sleep. We were cycling the Elbe river. We would not recommend. "

"We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park. "

"In großen und ganzen passt es schon. Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung gebracht! Frische Brötchen und mal etwas anderen Belag würde den Frühstück gut tut. Auch die Zimmer könnten mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen!"

"Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten ließen. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und wir konnten den Urlaub mit unserem Hund total genießen. Das Gelände war riesig und die nähere Umgebung war super für Fahrradfahrer und Wanderer geeignet. In der Unterkunft fehlte uns nichts.Sie war super Sauber. Eine tolle Empfehlung für alle die einmal total entspannen wollen."

"Beautiful renovated castle in perfect location. Very friendly owner that fullfilled is dream to call his home castle. And it truly is. Very good breakfast, that doesn't leave any wish unfulfilled. Fresh breadrolls and different kinds of bread every morning. The sourrounding of the caste is like travelong back in time, just perfect and peacefull...... But you better become an early bird, Because at exact 04:30 Am the loud voice of an peacock will wake you up, Followed by chicken...

"Alles da was man braucht - auf den ersten Blick von außen nicht so vermutet. Zimmer sind geräumig , es gibt genügen Ablagefläche . Bad etwas klein aber ausreichend"

"Das Quartier punktet mit einer tollen Umgebung, z.B. waldreicher Gegend, vielen Radwegen und zahlreichen Freibädern. Wohnung und Grundstück sind sehr groß. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz und Tiere zum Streicheln. Die Einrichtung war passend zu einem Rittergut. Wir haben viel erlebt und uns gut erholt."
