"Our experience was great. Hotel has a great easy to walk location and the views from the balcony is amazing. The service was impeccable and without question the room was one of the better ones we've stayed in, very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bathroom, the Nexpresso machine gave it a nice touch. "Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice. "
