"Es ist ein schönes Landhaus mit tollem Grundstück. Die Straße dorthin ist ziehmlich holprig, aber man ist in Mitten von Melonen- und Thomatenfeldern. Leider wurden wir schon um 7:30 Uhr morgens durch die Erntearbeiten geweckt, wofür wir natürlich Verständniss hatten, war trotzdem ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Die Einrichtung ist alt und schön, allerdings könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Handstücher und Bettwäsche sind genügend vorhanden, Küchenhandtücher, Klopapier, Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker...

It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. "This villa far exceeded our expectations, it was cozy, quiet and immersed in the most beautiful landscape! The location is just perfect, close to the beach (which we reached on a bicycle each day), to Capalbio (a stunning medieval town) and to a few really great restaurants! We have thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the private pool and also dining outside on the terrace.. The host was super nice and helped us with many tips prior to arrival and during our stay. We will be back for sure, next time...
