"I booked my stay at Montebelo to enjoy the pool but I was told that the swimming pool was closed last year. It is better to remove the photo of the pool form the webpage otherwise you are selling a product that doesn't reflect the reality. Another issue is with the Airport transfers. The website advertises that they offer transfers while they are not offering. I should receive some money back because I went on leisure and I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool as it was closed last year."
