"The house was a lovely house, clean and well-appointed for our family of four. Communication was excellent. We had a great vacation. We did end up getting a rental car--walking up and down the hill, especially in the dark with not much of a shoulder wasn't really convenient for us and a little longer than 7 minutes. The local restaurant, Annas, and the bar further down the road (do not recall the name) were really nice local places to dine and watch the sunset. Thank you for hosting!"

"Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. "We stayed here for a month. This is a great villa with a private pool, a nicely equipped house, and a great view from the upper porch for morning coffee. The house is located in the middle of the island and close to 5-7 outstanding beaches. The owners are delightful people and very responsive. They know how to operate a rental and please their guests. "We really enjoyed staying at Calypso. It was a lovely cottage with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the location and the verandah very much. Only thing to note is that it doesn’t include any shampoo and such for showers. It’s not listed in the description at all so nothing wrong with the posting. I was just so used to having those that I missed that it wasn’t included in this one"

"The property was very clean, but rather 'tired' in places. The apartment is located at the end of a block. It was reasonably quiet. We had a major issue in that the bottom bed sheet was badly ripped in one place. We reported this to the host, but we didn't receive a replacement. The toilet was unstable, so we had to be careful when using it. The floor of the shower was slippery. As there wasn't a shower mat, we had to use a bath towel on the shower floor to avoid slipping. The hosts also had a guide to Antigua with distances from the rental, recommendations on what to do and helpful tips on how to get around. It was perfect for my small family. Traveling with a toddler is always a lot but having so much space and access to a huge backyard really helped! "

"We had a great stay at the Villa in Jolly Harbor. The location was fabulous and we were only a short 4 minute walk to the beach and close to many other beaches within driving distance! The condo was clean, looked just like the pictures and came with all the needed ammedies and even had some sand toys and folding chairs for us to use at the beach. "We couldn't ask for a better experience than what Coleen provided for us. Her home is spacious, beautiful, clean, and secure. She provided extra towels for bathing and the beach. Plenty of cuttlery and cookware. Her instructions were clear and she was very helpful every step of the way. It was easy to reach her and she kindly checked in with us during our stay. We had an issue with the stove not working and Nigel was there within an hour to troubleshoot and got it working again! "Grounds and pool are week kept. Quiet. All staff are friendly and courteous which spills over to the guests .Can walk down to the beach which is about 10 minutes but uphill to come back. Okay if you are in shape. Like most places in Antigua , sidewalks are not the norm but you can navigate just like the locals. Each cottage is spacious with a roomy loft . Nice and bright. "Peninsula location with ocean side for the adventurous (we snorkelled twice off the beach) and the calmer bay side with water sports and lots of loungers and shade. Snorkel tour was good despite not going to Green Island due to rough conditions. Staff were great, we will return."

"It was the most relaxing holiday we have had. Staff were excellent, cheerful and very helpful. Lovely surroundings. A shuttle bus to and from the nearby beach. The restaurant was excellent, the four course menus for both lunch and dinner were varied, very well prepared, and presented. "

Ocean Point Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

"Upon arrival we saw friendly staff and a beautiful quiet resort with pool, restaurant/bar and of course rum punch after a hectic flight. For a fee you can have transportation from the airport to the hotel. Our first night was awesome and the guests were just as friendly as the staff. Made some great memories and will definitely return to Antigua. Beautiful island, friendly people and amazing resort. Room was great, bed comfy, and we had a partial view of the ocean. Food was tasty, loved the everything omelette in the morning and lunch and dinner was always delicious. Highly recommend the tiki bar which is a 10 minute cab ride but so worth it. Tiki bar is out in the water so small boat takes you out and they close at sunset but a really good time. Got to enjoy the steel drums at Shirley Heights on Sunday with bbq and gorgeous sunset and swam with the stingrays on Monday. All in all an excellent time and would not hesitate to recommend Ocean Point Resort. "

"My husband and I stayed for 6 days in a DC ocean view room. We had a great experience! Our butler Rowan’s was great with what little requests we asked of him. Our room was cleaned and stocked with fresh towels, snacks and beverages on our fridge daily. We celebrated my birthday and they went above and beyond in our room and dinner to accommodate. One night they hosted an event at Pescari that was for Expedia & Marriott guests and it was a great cocktail hour meeting management staff and winning prizes. The spa was amazing, I highly recommend Kenneth & Angela. Ignore the bad reviews as we ran into people on the resort who left a negative review, and found they were just the negative type who have nothing good to say. We had a great experience with nothing bad to report. We would book again in a heartbeat. "
