"We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Room was spacious, clean, and with cigarette odor. We had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts, 7-9 am, with Chinese and western foods. The hotel staffs at the front desk and in the dining room are quite friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience staying in this Days Inn City Centre Xi'an."

"Overall disappointing. The WiFi was the worst I’ve had in China. The room was very old fashioned. There was no shower curtain and the towels were very old and ripped. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. On our first night there was no hot water until 9.30pm which was very inconvenient as we weren’t pre warned, although we were given a complimentary breakfast when we complained. Finally the driver arranged by the hotel to bring us to the airport was terrifying, driving c140km per hour...

"フロントの対応が最悪でした。①チェックインで予約の確認がとれない②観光地までの行き方を聞いたら高いツアーを勧められる③早朝タクシーを呼ぶのを依頼したら高い料金のタクシーを呼ばれる、さらにそれにクレームをつけるとタクシーを呼ぶのを拒否される④フロントのスタッフ全員が貧乏ゆすりや舌打ち、ぞんざいな態度など⑤フロントそばに旅行者のスタッフがいて、フロントとの会話に割り込んでくる。こんな不愉快な思いはなかなかしません。一方、設備や部屋は最高でした。"
