"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. "The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

"We arrived by train which was less than ideal as it is up a steep hill. Best to come by car. Having arrived there it was an ideal retreat and handy for a visit to the Bastion Bridge. Also has great views over Saxony Switzerland."
