Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, lounge. 1st floor: 1 spacious bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 90x190 beds). View of the port of Lézardrieux from the bedrooms. Private enclosed courtyard of 60 m² at the back of the gîte. Parking possible on the street or car park 30 meters away. Heating by pellet stove + electric heating. 1 electric bike available on request from the owners (10€/day or 50€/week). Come and discover this 90 m² terraced house, located in the center of Lézardrieux, just 100 m from shops and 200 m from the beach and the port.
