"I just want to say thank you Emily. I stayed here on the 1/5/25, during the snowstorm. I stopped at the gas station and booked this place but accidentally put the wrong date (1/6/25). When I realized, i asked expedia to change the date, and they tried to charge me $259.20. Expedia was useless and tried to steal from me. Just book directly with facility. Emily switched the date for me and helped resolved my problem. She even went above and beyond by calling me back when my reservation showed up. "
