LOCATION, LOCATION, well appointed newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bathroom. 5 minute walk to coffee, thoroughbred park, Martine's and Main St. Town branch trail access, 5 minute walk to farmers market. You are 3 minutes to RUPP and 16 minutes to the HORSE PARK. KEENELAND is a quick 15 minutes. UK FOOTBALL stadium is 6 minutes from your house. Take a 5 minute walk to main st for all restaurants, bars, and nightlife.Brand new beds and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops We provide towels, bed linens, blankets, shampoo and conditioner and many other comforts from home. Coffee and home made chocolate chip cookies are provide for each stay. We look forward to hosting you. If traveling with animals please contact me extra fees apply, upon request we can provide dog toys. Bowls and treats. We have 4 of our own and we would love to welcome yours. For longterm stays we can schedule our cleaning team for an additional cost. This house is in the heart of downtown making access to attractions and highways a short ride. It is perfect for anyone coming to town to see friends and family. A single event or competing in our summer horse show series. We look forward to hosting you while you are here in beautiful downtown Lexington Kentucky. Great place to stay at a good price
We were lucky enough to have good weather and were able to walk to downtown easily and pretty quickly. Plenty of shops and bars to spend time. Good place to stay if you are going to Rupp to cheer on the wildcats!

The location was perfect for the Kentucky theater, and there were nice dining options in walking distance. The home was easy to access, and the cookies were AMAZING. The biggest drawback was that we couldn’t get the wi fi to work (although the antenna did mostly).

Great location close to downtown and University of Kentucky
This is a very comfortable home for families that need multiple bedrooms and space to stretch. The location has an urban feel but never felt unsafe. Any questions about the neighborhood were overcome by excellent location, comfortable beds, and a wonderful host. Stay here you won’t be disappointed!

The house is very close to the Rupp Arena. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the house was clean. The neighborhood looks a bit “rough” but the looks were deceiving. It was very quiet. I would definitely stay again!

Keeneland Weekend
We stayed here for a Friday night with friends and our young child. The house is adorable, clean, plenty of room for everyone. My only negative is location, we were hoping to be able to walk downtown from the house however the street did not feel safe so we stayed indoors all night.

Great Find Affordable Close to Downtown
We came to Lexington for the weekend to go to Keeneland and this VRBO was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance of restaurants, nice parks, and only a 15 min drive to Keeneland. I would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic Lexington Rental
This house was perfect for our weekend stay for a football weekend. The house was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location to get to the downtown restaurants and to Kroger field. Regina is a wonderful host who is very responsive and easy to work with.
