The property looks old and it has an interesting smell immediately upon arrival. Everything was fine, but nothing was impressive. The room that I stayed in was clean when I arrived. There were some small things that could be improved in the room: the shower head and faucet were coming out of the wall and the toilet seat was loose on one side. The refrigerator worked very well and kept my water cool over night.

I have some pics of some of the issues. Some of them are, bathroom door split open. The bathroom door knobmissing the cover mold in the shower. No one cleaned my room over 3 nights. I had to bring my used wet towels to the front desk to exchange for a clean set each day. There was an old sock stuck to the shower rod(not mine). Had to brace the room door with the bible to hold it closed. The plug cover was broken exposing the side of the plug. There is more but im sure this will to matter. So this was the worst hotel i have stayed in, and the first time I have ever made a comment after a stay. I understand you do not control the property, but your name is on it. Im so disappointed.

I stayed here for just about 7 hours as a stop on my way from Chicago to Knoxville. The front desk worker was very friendly and efficient, and my room was quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the large countertop around the sink, and it was great to have a good-sized freezer area in the mini fridge to put my ice pack for my cooler. However, the carpet definitely had some stains in a few spots, and the shower head pulled out of the wall when I tried to adjust it. The a/c unit was really noisy and scared me around 3:30 a.m. when it kicked on. I was frustrated that the WiFi username and password printed on the room key envelope did not work. Another issue is that the heavy curtains did not close all the way, and I definitely wanted them closed to keep out the bright parking lot lights and to have general privacy. I ended up using the clips on a pants hanger to clip the curtain edges so they would stay closed. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There were pans of eggs and biscuits, with a pot of gravy. There was a cereal dispenser with Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes. That was it for food options. There was coffee and juice, but the orange juice did not taste good. I filled a bowl with Raisin Bran and attempted to pour milk from the one pitcher on the counter labeled "milk," but it was empty. There wasn't a worker around, and after I waited for a few minutes, I just left and bought a breakfast sandwich at the McDonald's across the street.

I never stay there because hotel was uncomfortable doors locked all days and small main door Lock all day you need waiting when some one open the door so i leaving and try get my refund moneny back but impossible for polises of the hotel

Clean Cozy Quite and Good location
Housekeeping is good in the the room was very clean. However, in general, I am disappointed in what seems to be the rule these days in the reasonably priced motels. Namely The only evidence there are housekeepers is the good condition of the room when you check in. You will see and here them in the hallways but you will not see any evidence of them in your room after you check in. Ever since covid, more and more of the industry is going to we will clean your room before you check in and we will clean your room after you leave. You can ask us for more coffee ( if you are lucky enough to be at a place which even provides in room coffee, most don't, this one does) Honorable mentions, coffee but you have to go get more from the front desk after the first day. Clean, nice room bed, desk, large flat screen, comfortable and surprisingly quite. Also the mini fridge was slightly taller to include an actual separate freezer...it's own door and compartment! For the road warriors tired of eating/going out. Several grocery stores within a couple miles. And a major shopping area with a diversity of stores for anything you might want and nice restaurants within 1/2-2 miles All in all a very good value!
