Cozy spot in downtown Lex
My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. It’s right off main street and walking distance from everything the town has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again. The convenience and location of this apartment are perfect! I am not sure that 6 people would fit, but four of us fit comfortably. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great property!!

Great location in the heart of Lexington
The apartment is listed appropriately as it is a studio. With that being said it is walking distance from VMI which was perfect for us!

Loved being downtown
I am a W&L alum and was in town for a classmates wedding. Was so thrilled to be able to find this wonderful VRBO right in town - actually right next to my senior year apartment building! Just steps from all of the great restaurants Lex has to offer and was so convenient for all of the wedding events. Thanks for a great stay!

Location, location, location
We've been staying in Lex for a while now and 7 1/2 South Jefferson is the most convenient of our stays. Love being half a block from The Palms and a short walk to W&L's campus. Accommodations are perfect for a couple. The bed is comfy, porch is private and kitchen is more than we needed. Can't wait to stay again. (Hint hint.)

Great place to stay but I would recommend adding some cooking amenities. There was only two pans and very few utensils. I had to go but additional pots and pans in order to cook. Otherwise the place was great in a great location.

Ideal location for access to W&L, downtown
The apartment is very convenient to downtown and W&L campus. It was clean and quiet. There were three of us and my son slept on the pull-out couch, so there wasn't much room to move around or sit, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. We didn't use the kitchen at all - too many great restaurants just out the door!
