Great Stay in Lexington!
This house is great! Cute, clean, owner has supplied great supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Location is perfect if you are visiting UKY...just a couple miles away from UKY and a Kroger. Owner was very responsive to helping us access the house when we hadn't heard from the property manager and when we accidently locked ourselves out! Would definitely recommend anyone stay there!

Home sweet VRBO
Throughly enjoyed our stay at this Lexington retreat with adults and a toddler. Pictures do not do this cute, clean home justice. Excellent neighborhood and close to everything we needed, UK’s Kroger Field and Keeneland. Also, highly recommend dining at Fiddletree right down the street.

Second time staying here and it is a nice neighborhood, beautiful yard, really comfortable and neighbors don’t really say nothing just how I like it no interaction with no one every mind their own business. Love the trees all around the neighborhood really beautiful sight

Very nice property; better stocking of necessities would make it 5-star
This is a very nice home that is well decorated and with very nice amenities. Two minor relatively minor (but annoying) issues brought my rating down: 1) the VRBO listing links to the incorrect address; this resulted in our showing up at the wrong house to a very confused homeowner 2) we ran out of body wash and toilet paper and had to buy our own (we were extremely busy during our visit and simply didn't have time to contact the property owner about this issue); no laundry detergent was supplied but there was bleach, fabric softener, etc. present which seemed a curious oversight Fix these two issues and the property is 5-star.

Wonderful Visit
We arrived very late, almost midnight, and my key code didn't work. Before I could even finish putting your phone number in my phone to call, you guys contacted me and solved the problem. The house and neighborhood were wonderful! Everything was clean and welcoming. It felt like home from the first day we were there. Having a well equipped kitchen made the stay so much easier. The next time we're in the Lexington area we're hoping to be able to get the same house. Everything was wonderful, thank you so much fro sharing your house!

Nice quiet place to stay in Lexington
Cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for my wife and parents. The house is nice with many nice amenities. The memory foam mattresses were nice though very firm. The first night they were a bit hard on the back. I noticed sometimes a button on the front door keypad would stick causing headaches trying to enter the property. Some of the pots and pans are incredibly beat up, glad I brought some of my own. The kitchen knives however were sharp and in great condition. The Bluetooth speaker in the master bathroom was very nice. All in all it is well furnished and very comfortable.

Great stay for parents weekend
Four adults who have freshman at U of KY stayed here for parents weekend. It was perfect. Allowed us to gather with our kids, cook them dinner and just hang out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Property was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Talked with a couple of neighbors and they were friendly. Only minor issue we had (mostly due to our age) was that the furniture was all very low and difficult to get up from. The outdoor landscaping could stand some freshening up. Even with that said, we enjoyed our stay.
