Fabulous pet friendly home just minutes from Kentucky Horse Park

This is a lovely one story home with 2 car garage and a sunroom, fenced yard in nice ,safe neighborhood. 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and sunroom with a fold down futon allows you to sleep 6-8 walking distance to the elkhorn creek and just 6 minutes from the Horse Park, full laundry room and equipped kitchen. Close to toyota and 3 minute access to the interstate. Very user friendly home furnished with all new furniture. Owner/host can accommodate horse back riding lessons as well if desired just 15 minutes down the road.

Clean, well maintained and pet friendly. Owner and property manager were prompt and courteous with all inquiries. Street parking is a little tricky as the road is narrow but a total of 4 cars can be parked in the Garage and driveway.

Great location for Horse Park and fantastic house
We stayed here for the KY 3 Day Event and could not have asked for a better location in regards to the horse park. The house was clean as a pin with comfortable furnishings and a cute horse theme. We had no complaints and thought this was one of the best VRBO houses we have rented. The only note I have is that the neighborhood apparently has 5 cars per house, with room to park only two. The street can be almost impassable at certain points, especially if someone is having a party. We were able to comfortably park 1 car in the garage and 1 in the driveway and could have fit 1 more in the driveway, so personal parking is not an issue. However navigating backing out and the street can be anxiety producing. That one inconvenience aside, you can’t go wrong renting this house. I especially appreciated that checkout was like a hotel, get your things and leave with no list of chores to do.

Great horse show home
We were attending a championship dressage show at the Kentucky horse park and needed a place in close proximity. This home was perfect, very clean, super comfortable and very convenient to the horse park. We would definitely recommend

We had a great stay. It was close to the Kentucky Horse Park and very convenient. It was also clean and accommodated my whole family!

Filthy!
The place was filthy. Pubic hair in both bathrooms. Hair in all of the beds. Floors were not swept or vacuumed. Dead flies in the window sills etc. etc. etc. We had to clean the entire place and wash all of the bedding before we felt comfortable sleeping there.
