Nelson Street Loft is located on the second floor, and is accessed via a private street entrance. The building's second floor is accessed by stairwell or elevator. You'll be staying within walking distance of Washington & Lee and the Virginia Military Institute, and an 8 minute drive to the Virginia Horse Center.
The loft's entry door opens to and open kitchen, dining room, and living room. The primary king bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional king bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and the home is appointed with all the towels and linens you'll need for your stay.
The street entrance and hallway are shared spaces with the building tenants. We offer one garage parking space and there is an elevator available for your use.
The entire apartment is yours and yours alone but our team is always nearby in the event we can help with your stay!
Historic downtown Lexington is brimming with charm! Take a stroll on the brick sidewalks and peruse the local art galleries and charming retail stores. Grab a cup of espresso, a homemade gelato, or enjoy a meal featuring local meat and produce.
Nelson Street Loft is located in downtown Lexington and is very walkable to and from many local restaurants and attractions. We recommend bringing your own vehicle for getting around, however, as there are very limited public and shared transportation options.
We are a 10 minute drive to the VA Horse Center and a 20 minute drive to Natural Bridge.
The loft is on the second level of a two-story downtown corner building, and shares walls with one additional unit. There may be sound from shared walls with other units or from the activities of the surrounding city.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low and staying in the apartment.
- If your shoes are wet or dirty, please remove them as you enter the apartment and leave them on the tray just inside the door.
- We do not allow smoking in the apartment or on the property.
- When leaving the apartment, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If something is broken, please let us know so that we can repair or replace it.
