This new custom remodel by Sixgen Rentals was completed in summer of 2022 and is now ready for your Lexington vacation. The space is perfect for hosting groups who appreciate a high end experience and great location to downtown. This property is equipped with large windows that allow for maximum natural light inside as well an outdoor porch with a view of the back yard firepit and Hot Tub, it's the perfect home away from home. This chef's open concept kitchen is the perfect place to host your next vacation dinner. It comes complete with everything you need and has an open floor plan that will make it easy for everyone in attendance feel right at home! The family room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has an inviting gas log fireplace that'll keep you warm all winter! The bedrooms are all fitted with top of the line memory foam mattresses and pillows to ensure that you get a restful night's sleep. As a bonus the garage has been set up as a game room that will entertain kids and adults for hours. Foosball, pop-o-shot, darts and ping pong there is something for everyone! The outdoor area has been set up for the ultimate short term rental experience. There is a hot tub, lounge seating and a firepit to make many some great fireside memories. This property is equipped with a Minut sound monitoring system to help ensure a peaceful stay for both our guests and neighbors. These devices do not record or listen to conversations—they simply monitor noise levels (decibels) indoors and outdoors. These devices are in place to prevent excessive noise and ensure no parties disturb our neighborhood. This system does not infringe on guest privacy in any way.

Additionally, the home is equipped with two exterior security cameras. These cameras are used only in the event of an injury, break-in, or violation of our house rules. They are mounted solely on the exterior of the home and do not monitor or record any indoor spaces.

Great spot for big group
Wonderful house with plenty of room. Walkable to downtown area and fairly quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for a UK sporting event or anything in the downtown area.

Our group of 15 fit comfortably. Kitchen/Backyard areas great for meals/congregating. Location very close to downtown bars/restaurants. Host (Seth) very helpful and responsive throughout the weekend.

Bourbon Tour Stay
We had a blast staying here. We did a 2 day bourbon tour and had them pick us up from the VRBO each day. The property was clean and newly renovated. Centrally located for our activities. Plenty of beds and the putting green out back is a fun touch.

We stayed for a guys weekend to see a Kentucky basketball game. What a great house! Only 2 miles from Rupp and all the action downtown. Seth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. This house is absolutely perfect for large groups looking to enjoy downtown Lexington and it's surrounding area.

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were awesome, and all the amenities were great! It was a nice surprise to have such a well equiped kitchen; I was able to make brunch for the group with no issues.

Downtown Lexington Gem
My niece was married in downtown Lexington. This home was perfect for getting to the wedding and reception venue. Ten of us stayed here and had more than enough room. The bride had ample space to get ready. Family enjoyed the game room & putting green. Owner was so great. Thanks for making her special day wonderful.

Cute house. Had all the amenities. Tempurpedic beds..either you like them or you hate them. Couldnt use games in garage because it was too cold and no heater.

Amazing property!
This is by far one of our best experiences with a rental property we have ever had. Everything in the house was very clean and new! The host was extremely quick to respond and very helpful with suggestions for our group. We loved being so close to downtown and UK campus. Our favorite highlight was the hot tub out back. We spent hours hanging out on the back patio making s’mores with our kids. You must check this property out when visiting Lexington.

Even better than the listing!
What a wonderful time! The pictures for this location do not do it justice. It has been absolutely beautifully designed and redone. The rooms a spacious with comfortable beds and the upstairs lpft is big enough for a whole family. The backyard and game room activities are fun for everyone. You are close to many local breweries and restaurants with tons of yummy door dash options as well. If you prefer to cook the large kitchen is perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

Spacious Home with a Fabulous Kitchen
Our entire group was SO pleased with our rental on our girls trip. It was everything we could ask for with an easy check in, great communication from the host and great accommodations. We all loved the kitchen and dining room area, there was plenty of room for our big dinner and we had so much fun cooking in the new kitchen. The home had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Seth even had great soaps in the shower and we are very picky :) we look forward to staying at this property again for our annual girls trip!

Our family had a wonderful time at this short term rental. We often travel around the country staying in many different VRBO’s and this is one of the best we have ever stayed. There was no detail that wasn’t planed by our host Seth. The home decor was incredible and home was plenty big enough for our party of 14. Our kids loved the game room in the garage where they spent a ton of time. The beds were also very comfortable! We liked it so much we bought one of our own home! Would highly recommend this place for a group.

Really nice property
Overall my experience was great. The property was clean and beautiful. There were issues with the heat but the property manager came by within 15 mins to resolve the issue. Between the host and the property manager the customer service was superb. There was constant communication and welcome guide was a great touch that removed any ambiguity from the checkin and checkout process. Next time im in Lexington im certainly going to try booking this property.
