Great stay
This house is always clean and welcoming on arrival. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We golfed every day of our stay and the area courses are in great shape and reasonably priced. We love it here and hope to return.

Lovely home as advertised
This home was lovely neat and clean. It had adequate appointments. However, the neighborhood is not up to the standards of the house. We would stay here again, but you should know that the neighborhood is mediocre.

Great Lexington Stay
We attended an event at Kentucky Horse Park and stayed at this great VRBO. Very clean, well equipped and amazing communication from the host. House and beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stays in Lexington

Lexington for Railbird Festival
This 3 bed/3 bath house is in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted. Super clean, nice new deck overlooking green belt. Beds were comfy and had nice linens. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Owner was communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

A real gem!

Great Spot
This house was super clean and perfectly appointed for our stay. Jim was a great host and very responsive with any question we had. The house is located in a cute neighborhood near every restaurant and shop you could need. It’s also close to downtown and has easy access to other areas of the city. We will definitely stay here again.

Kentucky Derby Trip
We decided to stay in Lexington due to things we planned to do before going to the Oaks and Derby. The house is very clean and just like the pictures. It’s close to stores and restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also appreciated the use of the garage. Would recommend staying here.

The property was well maintained, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our visit. The only problem we had was the high rise table in the dining area as we were all over the age of 70 and limited with knee, back and hip issues. The beds were extremely comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Week in Lexington
This is the second time we have stayed in this house and it was once again a wonderful experience. Jim is a great host and checked in with us to make sure every thing was up to par. Very clean and well equipped. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip home to Lexington.

Wonderful place to stay
We were completely satisfied with the house & the property manager. The drive to Keeneland Race track was an easy 20 minute drive. But I digress, back to the house, the beds were sooo comfortable, the kitchen nicely equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
