"I had hoped to give this property a good review. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was a quick flip with little attention to detail. The first impression was an overgrown walkway and slippery steps without a hand rail. There was no mat to wipe our wet shoes inside the door. It is advertised for 13 people, but seating in the large TV room for only 6-7, despite plenty of room for more. "Very good location and cute place. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this is it. There aren't a lot of frills but we weren't looking for that. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. When I reached out about check/out (what to do with trash, linens, etc) I mentioned I didn't receive them or wifi info and was told it was all in the booklet. "I was in town for a wedding. This place was clean, close to the venue, and Kelsey was quick to respond to any inquiries. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the Short North area as it’s close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Be aware that if you have a bigger vehicle, you will not be able to fit in the parking spot provided in the back. It’s not a big deal as there is paid street parking. "

"Great space with all the essential and more for a family retreat . The heated indoor pool is as amazing as the pictures show. With snow flying outside it was cool for the kids to enjoy hours of swimming. Plenty of space for a large gathering for cooking , gathering , and oh so comfortable. The entire house was warm and cozy. The fireplace put out great heat while adding an aesthetic space in the main family room. The artwork added more vibrance and energy !
