Picturesque country cottage in quiet rural setting close to South Downs

Stunning location and garden views surround this peaceful and pretty cottage, renovated in 2021. Spacious downstairs sitting room with 3 seater sofa, TV, books and games, separate kitchen with double aspect views to garden and stable yard to the rear. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, all new in June 2021.
Upstairs provides an open landing with sitting area, Kingsize bed with south facing window with views acrosss the garden and fields towards the Downs, Separate bathroom with a bath and shower attachment.
Outdoor seating, access to garden and use of outdoor pool by prior agreement.
Stable Cottage is detached but 20m from main property. Access and use designed to be private.

Fantastic getaway
The accommodation was lovely, really clean, well decorated and up to date. Lots of little extras and attention to detail. Its surrounded by a large garden and fields off to the back which was perfect for watching the sunset. The walk to the local pub was beautiful. The owners accommodation is very close but you have entire privacy. would definitely visit again! highly recommended

Just perfect
From the moment we arrived to the time we left, our stay was perfect. The cottage was amazing, and having so much space outside and use of the pool was the icing on the cake. Victoria was the perfect host, she made us feel welcome and the treats on arrival were very appreciated. We will definitely be back.

Lovely peaceful location. Cottage had everything you could possibly need. Victoria was the perfect host. Lovely welcome pack of , wine , milk and biscuits etc. Place was nice and clean and cosy and easy to reach most locations, especially the South Downs. It made it hard for us to leave.
