The house is ideally located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that abuts Lewes' scenic protected area. Surrounded by trees, the house offers both privacy and open views across the adjoining cattails and natural areas. Lewes Beach, a quiet and uncrowded beach on Delaware Bay is just a two-minute walk away, while all the sights and activities of town are only a short walk or quick bike ride away. Nature trails through the state park offer biking and running options to explore, along with regular wildlife sightings of deer, foxes, hawks, and other wild residents.

For activity lovers, the house offers five bicycles, four ocean kayaks,(available with signed addendum) a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop. If you'd rather relax after a day in the sun instead, the house is equipped with two large-screen smart TVs. For the kids, there is a cedar wood play gym and endless outdoor fun on the safe and protected cul-de-sac.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quoted amount on VRBO.
