The spacious, wrap-around sunroom provides the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with a fruity beverage. The condo provides a stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleep sofa, and a garage. One dog is permitted with a pet fee.
LOCATION: Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach are less than a 6-mile drive away. This home is located in the heart of the area, making it a perfect vacation rental! Take advantage of the outlet shopping, Delaware Seashore State Park activities, bike trails, and much more!
PARKING: Off-street parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, fireplace, garage, and Wi-Fi.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. One dog is permitted with a non-refundable pet fee.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
