Bubba & Banjo’s was built as a home for me and my husband before we bought our first house. And now we get to share it with others!
Luxury garage apartment, barndominium, pole barn are a few words people have used when describing the spot. The garden view might be one of my favorite things but the spacious tile shower is a close runner up!
It’s simple but checks all the boxes for what a great rental spot should be in our opinion.
Relax and enjoy the view! While staying here you will get to experience a QUIETER side of Lewes. We are the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Lewes and Route 1 but very CENTRALLY LOCATED as well. It is easy to travel south to Rehoboth and beyond, north to DogFish Head or Broadkill Beach, or west.
My favorite feature is the covered patio to enjoy coffee, a beverage, and the colorful garden views.
This 6 year old garage apartment is well taken care of. It looks and feels BRAND NEW! There are 9 foot ceilings throughout which makes it feel SPACIOUS and ROOMY.
In the kitchen you will find matching stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, keruig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and everything you could possibly need during your stay. There is a pantry, full sized refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. An island in the center makes the perfect breakfast bar!
The living room includes a large sectional couch with multiple recliners, an oversized coffee table, and a smart tv with streaming capabilities (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Youtube, etc).
Down the short hallway you will find a laundry room with your own washer and dryer. Once you enter the bedroom, there is an en suite bathroom with a beautiful tile shower and a walk-in closet the size of another small room.

The entire apartment is yours with private entry. You also have access to the covered patio connected to the apartment on the roadside of the polebarn.
We actively garden on the property as well, and because of different systems we have in place, like timed irrigation, we ask that you please refrain from venturing too far from the apartment but feel free to enjoy the views!

Due to the metal exterior of the building, cell service is limited but wifi is available. To get consistent cell service, you may need to step outside of the building to take a call or enable WiFi calling on your phone.
