We drove across to Saint Emilion for the day which was great. Le Pessaquai Restaurant is a great local option for dinner. It's exactly how it looks and described on the website - clean, comfortable, well furnished with great facilities - swimming pool and area around it, gardens, table tennis, pertanque, badminton, table football and bikes to hire. Great wifi reception as well Situated in a lovely and quiet spot, surrounded by Vineyards but not too far from shops in the local village or Bergerac itself - about 10 minutes drive away"

"Lovely friendly staff, my upset at not having enough pillows and coat hangers was rectified immediately. The only downside was the breakfast was not worth the 10 E that it cost. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Would go again "

"From first contact, Nathalie was extremely helpful, we got a great video for check in as we were arriving very late at night. The wine was great, we know, we drank enough of it!! The house was clean and spacious with lots of games, the swimming pool was perfect, we all loved the diving board. We nicknamed the pool hoover Janice, she was a bit annoying in the pool all the time but the pool was clean so worth it I suppose. The local town is very quiet, Boulangerie is permanently closed and the bar was seemingly hardly open. Luckily, within 10 minutes drive either way there are some great Boulangeries, one in Ruazan was amazing (doesn’t show up on maps though!) There is a good SuperU in Sauveterre-de-Guyenne and also everything else you need which is less than ten minutes drive away. The vineyards are stunning and made the perfect backdrop to a wonderful stay. Thank you ☺️ "

"Well done to Marion and her team. They have booked us Taxis, made us Pizzas, provided local information for buses, shops and restaurants, supplied extra towels and a hairdryer. The continental style breakfast is good value in price, and the facility is clean and well managed. Everyone has spoken English, been polite, friendly and professional. This may be called a Hotel Ibis “Budget”, but it has high standards and all the staff work hard. Room 307 is at end of the corridor. It is a good size with separate shower (fabulous) and toilet."
