"The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. "Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! The room was quiet, cosy, very clean, had a comfortable bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains! Very good buffet breakfast included! Good value for money! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner. Wir waren mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs und fanden es daher wunderbar, dass wir für den Rückweg zum Hotel kostenlos im Trentino mit der Bahn fahren konnten. Die Via Claudia Augusta führt durch Levico Terme, die bis Venedig führt. In der Tiefgarage gab es einen extra Raum für Fahrräder. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. "Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!"
