Additionally, there is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level.

The upper floor features two bedrooms: one room with two beds (90 cm wide and 210 cm long) and a satellite TV (flat screen), and another room with two beds of the same size (90 cm wide and 210 cm long).
