Cosy house "Föhrenheim". In the district of Weidach, 500 m from the centre, 6.5 km from the centre of Seefeld, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 150 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Führenwald" 120 m, railway station "Seefeld" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Laminate/wooden and tiled floor.

Zweckmäßig mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Einkaufsmarkt, Restaurants alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen (Klinken und Griffe befestigen z.B.) und dem Austausch nicht mehr funktionierender Haushaltsgegenstände (z.B. Teekanne) könnte es nochmal ein ganzes Stück komfortabler sein. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr groß, nur das Bad ist sehr klein und mit 4 Personen war es deshalb recht sportlich. In den Betten kann man gut schlafen und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eisiger Ferienbeginn
Das Bad ist sehr klein, es gab keine Duschhandtücher, nur für jeden ein kleines Handtuch für eine Woche. Außerdem war das Bad auch nicht richtig sauber. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte die Wohnung 13 Grad und wir haben den ganzen Abend gefroren.

Abgenutzte Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Eingangsbereich und der Zugang dreckig und ohne regelmäßige Reinigung. Die Terrasse sehr schmal und der Ausblick auf das Nachbarhaus lassen zu wünschen übrig. Keine vernünftige Sitzmöglichkeit, man muss auf dem Bett sitzen um in einem Minifernseher zu schauen. Das einzig positive war die grosse Wohnküche, aber auch hier keine vernünftige Reinigung. Ein erwünschter Handtuchwechsel ist nicht erfolgt. Für uns nie wied

Ausreichend wenn man Viel unterwegs sein möchte
Es war ok. Es war alles sauber nur leider muffig (Urlaub mit Asthmatiker daher für uns sehr schlecht). Viele Spinnen in der Wohnung aber das war sicherlich Umgebungsbedingt. Als bed&breakfast ok ansonsten sehr schlechter Zustand der Möblierung (Defekte Schränke/Schrauben statt türknaufe…). Schade fanden wir das absolut keine persönliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter stattgefunden hat aber sehr nette Nachbarn die einem Stellplatz/ Mülltonnen usw. gezeigt haben!

Agréable séjour
Le chalet est très bien situé (commerces proches, environnement magnifique, piscine), il est fonctionnel, au calme, adapté pour 4 personnes. Il faudrait juste prévoir un séchoir à linge ou des fils à linge dans le jardin. Les plombs sautent facilement si on met en route plusieurs appareils en même temps que les voisins.

Da sistemare
L’appartamento e carino e pulito, purtroppo in una settimana di ferie per 3 volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare gli operai che sistemassero la caldaia, due su 3 volte sono venuti alle 8 di mattina quando eravamo ancora a letto ... in ferie si spererebbe di dormire un po’ di più .... Abbiamo dovuto cambiare noi la luce della camera da letto e le batterie del termostato che si era spento e quindi il riscaldamento non funzionava. Non c’era uno straccio per pulire lo sporco lasciato dagli operai ....

Relativ gepflegt, Familie mit 2 Kindern hat kein Wohnzimmer, da dieses zeitgleich das Kinderzimmer ist, großzügige Wohnküche, Terasse schmal, Garten klein und offen zur Straße über den Stellplatz für PKW, insgesamt aber ok. Reisetipps: Ort ruhig und schön im Tal gelegen, ideal für Tageswanderungen, Gastronomie gut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Straße, Schwimmbad, Spielplätze und Restaurants fußläufig. Auch den Kindern hat es gefallen.
