"We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. "Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"The property was clean, reliable, and as advertised. It's a three minute walk to the downtown area and a five minute walk to the gondola. They provided cribs for our infants and had an enjoyable time. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The onsite laundry was also a bonus. The only minor complaint is the beds were two twins pushed together, but besides that an amazing property."

Very clean and well equipped (the only thing missing was an iron, but we're happy not to iron our clothes!), and the terrace is lovely. A lovely base for exploring the upper Valais region."

"We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. "

"This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "

"This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
