The Illgraben can swell in a short time from a trickle to a raging torrent. Viscous then the brown mass rolls to the valley. Then its roar and thunder can be heard at the chalet Oase. The impressive suspension bridge over the Illgraben is only a 15 minute walk away. From the chalet you can make plenty of short or longer hikes into the nature park towards the Illhorn.
