Appartement moyen mais très bien situé
Appartement dans son jus peu équipé des travaux seraient à prévoir notamment dans la salle de bain mais il reste convenable et il est surtout très bien situé à 50 mètres de la plage et à 5 minutes du port de plaisance à pied ou on trouve le marché, les traiteurs, restaurant et boutiques. Le plus la piscine dans la résidence.
