This detached holiday home is located in the Rhenish Westerwald, at the intersection of the Rhine and Westerwald, at the intersection of Rheinsteig and Westerwaldsteig, in the beautiful little village of Hesseln.
The house is about 115 m² and offers you the following rooms on the ground floor: A large living room with panoramic window, a fireplace, a TV, a seating area and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has, for example, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The kitchen and living room were renovated in early 2017. The bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror and shelf, a toilet and a window. There is also a double bed 180 x 200 cm on the ground floor. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One of them offers two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm, which cannot be put together. The other bedroom has two single beds, 90 x 200 cm, which can be put together to form a double bed.
In front of the living room there is a very large terrace from which you have a fantastic view of the Westerwald. The house has a beautiful garden, about 500 m², including a garden pond. Garden furniture, grill, fire bowl, parasol and loungers are also available. There is parking for 2 cars on the property. Thanks to its location and vegetation, the garden and grounds are well protected from outside views.

From the Drachenfeld in the Siebengebirge to the picturesque city of Linz, from the beautiful Rhine Valley to the Limes, there are many sights in the surrounding area (the latter two are even UNESCO World Heritage Sites). At a distance of five to eight kilometers, you can do shopping and visit cafes or restaurants, as well as in a lake or an indoor or Swimming pool. Bad Hönningen with its thermal bath is ten kilometers away. For hikers, the Rheinsteig on the Leutesdorf to Erpeler Ley route offers one of the most beautiful hiking routes in Germany (see photos). The house is located right in the middle and is an ideal starting point for shorter or longer stages.
