"The house exceeded our expectations! We stayed over the Christmas holidays and the house was beautifully decorated for the season. Everywhere we looked there were sweet Christmas touches. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We were welcomed to the home with a nice assortment of goodies including a bottle pf wine, local coffee and other local treats. "Ballydevitt Retreat is a comfortable home away from home in a great location. It is removed from the business of the town but an easy walk to the town Diamond. The home is spacious and comfortable. Paula, the host, communicates very quickly and is excellent at making sure guests have all their questions answered. I highly recommend this as a place to stay while exploring County Donegal."

"The house has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which makes for quick showers for everyone in the morning. The kitchen is nicely equipped and everything including the wash machine worked well. The town has a nice market just three doors down and is minutes from Donegal and other sites like Sliebh League cliffs. The rooms were comfy and quiet and our hosts were attentive and gracious.
