"The complete facility was closed on Sunday afternoon 15:00, no one on the premises. When we got to the hotel at 15:30, we found that our key cards was not functioning any more and could not get into the building (-3 degrees outside?) I found a person from the kitchen (on the way home) that opened for us, but then we were not able to go out to food because we would not be able to get in again."

"Bergshotellet is a great place to stay. Cozy restaurant and bar with lounge area. If you are here for skiing ot downhill biking it in the middle of the slopes. The hotel is nicely designed and the staff is super friendly and helpful. "

"Fantastiskt ställe med mysig atmosfär. Ägarinnan var serviceminded ut i fingerspetsarna vilket bidrog till en fin vistelse. Frukosten var tipp topp och är man glutenallergisk så finns det gott bröd att tillgå. Rekomenderas varmt!"

"Tycker sängarna var okej och rent på toalettern. Men serviceviljan och bemötandet var under all kritik! Kan definitivt inte rekommendera detta boende!"

Provisoriskt ingen hemsida, kan inte nås via mobilen, inte hitta.se eller FB vilket gjorde oss oroliga om ställe existerar. Allt otroligt provisoriskt med Texas lapp utanpå m mobilnummer (se bild) Kall miljö jättekalllt rum, kalla golv, kalla sängar när vi kom på fredag kväll. Otroligt spartanskt inga galgar i garderoben, slitet och lappat och lagat utan att måla, elen utanpå...
