Einschlafen zum Meeresrauschen
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser grandios gelegenen Wohnung! Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am Meer und am Strand - ich habe im direkt zum Meer gelegenen Zimmer geschlafen und habe mich an manchen abenden "verkehrt herum" ins Bett gelegt um beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen auf das Meer zu blicken :-) In dieser wunderbar und ruhig gelegenen Wohnung - die sich wie ein "Beachhouse" anfühlt - ist jeder Art Urlaub denkbar: Strandurlaub mit Kindern, romantischer Urlaub als Paar oder auch mit Familie/Freunden, da es genügend Platz gibt (drei Schlafzimmer, eine davon mit Schlafcouch). Wir waren im Oktober dort und hatten den Strand fast für uns allein. Es ist eine schöne Ausgangslage um die Ostküste zu entdecken - Taormina, Savoca, die Weinstraße des Ätna, Catania & Syracus, um nur einige unsere Ausflugsziele zu nennen. Vor und nach den Ausflügen ohne viel Aufwand direkt ins Meer springen zu können ist unbeschreiblich schön! Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall dabei haben, da die Wohnung nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen ist. Simona ist eine sehr herzliche, zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieterin, mit stets guten Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, authentische Restaurants usw. und die jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Der Kontakt lief sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit - auch wenn eine Woche viel zu kurz ist, um diese schöne Insel zu entdecken! Danke Simona! :)

Traumhaftes Apartment mit Meerrauschen
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu viert (2Paare) in diesem wunderschönen Apartment. Die Lage ist toll, ein schöner Strand liegt einem zu Füßen, die Terrasse einfach gigantisch… Wir haben das Frühstück mit Blick auf das glitzernde Meer sehr genossen! Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist ganz neu und sogar im Bad hat man Meerblick! Simona ist eine reizende und umsichtige Gastgeberin und spricht auch perfekt Deutsch. Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub und sehr empfehlenswert!

Best beach house ever!
We had a wonderful stay in this beach house. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group. Great views from the balconies. Loved the quiet and the sound of the waves breaking on the shore right below us. Would definitely recommend and would LOVE to come back again. Thank you Simona for your hospitality!

Très bon accueil de Simona parlant le Français ce qui est très agréable lorsque l’on ne connaît pas l’Italien, dîner d’accueil offert avec produits régionaux accompagnés d’un bon vin . Elle nous a donné de très bonnes adresses, resto, petits villages à visiter et achats de spécialités locales. Appartement vue sur mer, les pieds dans l’eau. À conseiller.

Au son des vagues
Les pieds dans l'eau et idéalement placé pour explorer le nord-est de la Sicile, l'appartement dispose de 3 chambres correctes, mais la cuisine et la salle de bains ont connu des jours meilleurs. Superbe vue sur la mer et grand balcon. Simona est très aimable et a été de très bon conseil pour les visites dans la région et les bons restaurants.

Frühling auf Sizilien
Am Vorabend unseres Abflugs nach Sizilien stornierte die Agentur 'Homerez' ohne Angabe von Gründen unsere Unterkunft nahe Taormina. Was für ein Schreck!!! FeWo-direkt hatte vier Stunden Zeit, um uns eine Alternative zu besorgen - so landeten wir ungeplant in Fondaco Parrino nahe Letojanni. Im Vorsaisonmonat März hatten wir die gesamte Ferienanlage für uns allein, direkt vorm Haus der Strand und rund um die Uhr rauschende Wellen... Traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hell bis auf ein Schlafzimmer, was aber gar nicht stört, weil man sowieso die meiste Zeit auf dem Balkon oder am Strand verbringt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber und gepflegt, es finden sich viele kleine liebevolle Details in der Wohnungsausstattung. Auf der anderen Seite der Ferienanlage befindet sich die Eisenbahn, die man wegen des Wellenrauschens aber interessanterweise nicht wahrnimmt. Fondaco Parrino liegt ideal zwischen Taormina und Messina, so dass man viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen kann. Gefehlt hat uns einzig ein kleinerer Topf (mit Deckel) - die Wohnung ist für 6-8 Personen ausgelegt und dementsprechend die Größe des Kochgeschirrs... Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich verbindlich um alles, als Einheimische gibt sie wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen im Umland, die weitesten Blicke, die besten Restaurants. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Strand, was wir sehr genossen haben. Man braucht unbedingt einen Mietwagen, um sich vor Ort zu bewegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (abgesehen von einem kleinen Bäcker) sind in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Viele Ausflugsziele und weitere Strände und Buchten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich, eins davon mit einem weiteren Balkon, das dritte ist etwas dunkler, aber wir waren ohnehin die meiste Zeit auf dem großen Balkon oder am Strand. Die übrige Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, Küche und Bad sind - wie die Appartmentanlage insgesamt - schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unserer Urlaubsstimmung hat das aber keinen Abbruch getan. Ein Stern Abzug für Küche und Bad sowie das klapperige Sofa im Wohnzimmer... ;-)

The apartment was clean and wonderful with a beautiful view!
We enjoyed our three nights stay in the apartment. The place was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Simona was a wonderful hostess and we would love to return again! Great property right on the beach - listened to the waves breaking as I fell asleep
We stayed end of October so out of season so very quiet. The apartment backs straight onto the beach and we found it was like having a private beach (note time of year). It was just lovely watching the sun rise from your balcony and taking an early morning swim. Great for those looking for a quiet place and a typical holiday apartment (note there is no facilities near the apartment so plan for that). Obviously head to Taormina (we parked at the cable car near Isola Bella) but also drive up to ForzaD'argo too (great restaurants and views too). Only spent 3 nights so not much more to add.

Superschöner Strandurlaub
Die Fewo ist genau wie beschrieben. Sauber, toller Ausblick vom Balkon, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zusätzlich positiv überrascht waren wir von dem angenehm besuchten Sandstrand. Es ist so eine Art Privatstrand für die Ferienwohnungen dort und daher nicht überfüllt von Menschen und Booten. Wir haben die Abende am Strand mit Sternschnuppen schauen und essen der frisch geholten Pizza vom Bäcker (gleich oben an der Strasse) sehr genossen. Ich würde die Fewo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nice location right on the beach.
Thank you Simona! The apartment was great! Though the rest of the complex was a little worn down, Simona's apartment was clean and roomy -very nice - but the best part was beach being right there. You could sleep with the windows open and listen to the ocean. The air conditioning helped cool things down on hot afternoons. Simona was super-responsive. Whenever we had a question we would get a text response right away. 5 minutes drive to Letojanni with great food and a market. We very much enjoyed our short stay.

Straordinaria
Cosa dire una vacanza stupefacente. Io e la mia compagna siamo arrivati nell accogliente casa di Simona il 16 di agosto per due settimane e tutto è stato all altezza delle mie aspettative molto esigenti. Questo lo dico perché essendo un uomo di mare e precisamente salentino sono abituato a cose belle e al bel mare insomma noto subito quando le cose non sono all altezza. In questo caso devo dire che anche io devo ammettere la bellezza del contesto, della casa funzionale e rispondente alle nostre esigenze che amiamo cucinare anche a casa godendo di un bellissimo panorama dal terrazzo sulla spiaggia che definirei quasi privata visto l accesso da posizione esclusiva per il residence. Vi consiglio il bagno di mezzanotte perché se non lo fate inquesta situazione difficilmente lo potrete fare in altre situazioni. Posizione privilegiata a pochi km da tutto quello che si può trovare come divertimento. Direi strategica. E che dire della proprietaria eccellente nella disponibilità e nella gentilezza anche per averla chiamata una sera per venirmi a portare le chiavi di casa smarrite da me mentre correvo sulla spiaggia. Che dire disponibilità gentilezza il sapore del mare una location bella è difficile lasciare una cattiva recensione. Ti salutiamo Simona questa vacanza sarà difficile da dimenticare. E come dicono i TINTURIA occhi a pampineddha.

Benessere e Relax
Ho soggiornato nella casa si Simona le prime due settimane del mese di Agosto, insieme al mio compagno e ai miei 2 bimbi ( 2 e 4 anni). Quello che cercavamo era una soluzione che ci permettesse di godere appieno di uno splendido mare, lontano dalla frenesia delle spiagge affollate di agosto, in una dimensione pratica e sostenibile rispetto ai bisogni di grandi e piccoli. Ed é proprio questo che abbiamo trovato. Da catanese e profonda conoscitrice di questi luoghi e spiagge, so bene che questo posto è davvero unico, un angolo di paradiso nel paradiso . La casa é estremamente confortevole, spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari a soddisfare anche i più esigenti. La terrazza che si affaccia sulla spiaggia ci ha regalato momenti di grande benessere, ospitando i nostri pasti e momenti di relax.. La possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia ( ad uso esclusivo dei condomini) direttamente dal residence é un plus di non poco conto. Il contesto paesaggistico è straordinario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la lontananza dai centri abitati e la dimensione " un po' fuori dal mondo", pur avendo la possibilità di reperire in pochi minuti di macchina tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Una nota particolare, la bottega della Sig.ra Livia, proprio di fronte l'ingresso del residence: pane, pizze e gastronomia di ogni tipo di altissima qualità a tutte le ore del giorno. La posizione è ideale anche per chi volesse godere di una vacanza più movimentata e mondana: Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Letojanni e molti altri meravigliosi centri turistici, sono a pochi chilometri. Per concludere, la professionalità , la disponibilità e l'affettuosa cordialità di Simona sono doti meritevoli di encomio. Insomma, non saremmo mai voluti andare via e soprattutto non vediamo l'ora di ritornare!

La vacanza perfetta
È stata la nostra prima esperienza di affittare una casa vacanze e devo dire che siamo stati molto fortunati di meglio nn potevamo trovare!! Una casa splendida,comodissima,pulita ma la cosa che incanta di più è la sua posizione!! Si può dire che si trova sul mare,una spiaggia immensa a nostra disposizione la costa più bella di Taormina con un mare cristallino che in ogni momento della nostra giornata potevamo ammirare dal nostro terrazzo è stata una vacanza stupenda e da ripetere!! Ma il ringrazio più speciale va alla proprietaria Simona una ragazza splendida gentilissima e disponibile!! Grazie x tutto

Pour ceux qui aiment avoir les pieds dans l'eau...
Les points forts : Très bon accueil de Simona. Propreté impeccable. Literie de qualité et bien équipée (couettes) Vous vous endormez bercé par le bruit du ressac face à la mer. Accès direct à la plage depuis la résidence. Situation géographique qui permet d'atteindre facilement les différents lieux touristiques (Etna, Taormine). Entrée privative avec parking au pied de la mer (ne pas prendre un véhicule trop gros en location) Les points faibles : La copropriété mériterait un effort de mise en valeur des parties communes (façade)

"The apartment is located...
"The apartment is located in a small private complex in a quiet place which is perfect for those who are looking for a relax at the seaside. At the same time you will find everything you need at a very short distance by car- shops, entertainments and places of interest. The apartment is located it a very nice region so you will find many historical places to visit nearby. The beach was wonderful- empty and quiet despite the high season- and is used mostly by people who live in the complex. We had perfect swimming every day on our beach and if you go several minutes you will find a small wild beach with wonderful big rocks. Special thanks to Simona who meet us as a friends and was really helpful and cared a lot in any case!!! I recommend the apartment very much! "

The location is perfect: beach is facing the house (20-30 m) and from the terrace is amazing view on the sea. The water in Ionian sea is really clear. Good price and quality correlation. And you can fully repy on the owner who will support you in any case!

"Locatia este extraordinara, intr o zona linistita, la doar doi pasi de mare. Apartamentul este foarte bine echipat si curat, peisajul este superb! Masina este indispensabila, o puteti inchiria la preturi bune direct din aeroport.Simona este mereu disponibila si atenta cu oaspetii ei!
