Schöne Wohnung, die jedoch mal wieder aufgefrischt werden müsste
Kleines hübsches Häuschen mit 1 Zimmer pro Stockwerk mitten in der verschlafenen, ruhigen Altstadt von Lesa. Die Wohnung wurde vor einiger Zeit renoviert und mit netten Details versehen, es versprüht eine entspannte ‚bohemien‘/Künstler-Atmosphäre. Der Komfort ist entsprechend einem Altbau. Das hat uns schon auf den Inseratphotos sehr angesprochen. Leider ist seit der Instandstellung schon reichlich Zeit vergangen, und die Wohnung hätte eine gründliche Reinigung und Auffrischung dringend nötig. Auch der Garten droht allmählich zu vergammeln, weil hier schon lange niemand mehr etwas gemacht hat. So hat sich auch im Innern auf allen Ablagen reichlich Staub abgesetzt, das Geschirr ist von klebrigen Schichten überzogen , etc. Schade! - Das hat unseren Urlaub an diesem ruhigen, vom Tourismus nahezu verschonten Ort nicht getrübt, aber für den doch eher oberklassigen Mietpreis muss hier dringend mal investiert werden, und zwar deutlich mehr als bloss die übliche Putze für ein paar Stunden.
