The living/dining room opens directly onto the garden and makes a cosy space where guests can relax. It is furnished with two sofas, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The spacious, independent kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette, fondue and coffee machine, plus a dining table overlooking the garden for relaxed snacks. There is a games room in the basement which is ideal for children.

The private, fenced garden is ideal for children to play safely. On the terrace, there is outdoor dining table and chairs for meals under the sun.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, an attractive cane armchair and a glass door out onto a private balcony overlooking the garden. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom with vibrant pink accents, has a double bed and extensive wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: This cosy bedroom has two single beds and a cane sofa.
Bedroom 4: The charming attic bedroom has a double bed and double bed, a double bed, another sofa, a separate seating area and the house’s library.

Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom has a shower, bidet, basin and WC
Bathroom 2: This independent bathroom is appointed with a bathtub with shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
Although the house is in a remote part of Spain there is plenty to do at any time of year. In winter, the ski resorts of Andorra are only 30 minutes away. When the snows have melted, there are many stunning hiking and mountain biking routes, through stunning alpine landscapes.

The house is just 5 minutes from the historic town of La Seu d’Urgell. This beautiful town has an impressive 12th Century cathedral, a museum and the Bishop’s palace. The town’s market takes place every Tuesday and Saturday between Calle Mayor and Calle Canonges. Here you will find the freshest local produce. There is also a supermarket. If you do not want to cook then the town has several excellent restaurants.

The Segre Olympic Park (7 minutes drive) was built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Here visitors have a wide range of activities including white water rafting, canoeing, paddle boarding and climbing walls. For golfers - the Aravell Golf & Country Club is 25 minutes away.

For something different, head to Andorra La Vella (23 minutes), the capital of Andorra, one of Europe’s smallest countries. Here you will find some excellent shopping at great prices.

The nearest airport is Andorra-La Seu (15 minutes) alternatively, Barcelona’s El Prat Airport approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes away.
