"We had a happy week in the house. There were plently of activities available. The property was very clean with adequate cooking equipment. We would have liked an additional toilet in the house for the 5 of us ( the property is advertised as accomodating 11 people). Two others are located in the pool and the annex, but not really available during the day."

"La propriétaire n'était pas au rendez-vous, bien que nous ayons convenu d'un horaire précis : 18H. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure au pied de l'appartement sans savoir si quelqu'un allait venir et sans pouvoir la joindre au téléphone. Le gérant immobilier au téléphone ne pouvait rien faire. Ensuite le séjour s'est bien déroulé. "

"We had a very nice family get together in this spacious and beautiful house and garden. The house had a lived in feel and was generously provided which meant we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time together and the small children especially loved the enclosed garden with swings, a Wendy house and children’s toys and seats The proprietor very kindly picked us up from the station and gave us a warm welcome. We would certainly recommend it to other families."

Spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée, elle avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour nous permettre de passer des moments chaleureux et inoubliables ensemble. "The perfect getaway — lovely cosy evenings by the fire, and days spent in this heavenly French chateau and its grounds. Lots of tennis played on the clay court (sadly too chilly to use the pool) but excursions to beautiful Chablis, Auxerre and the abbey at Pontigny were particular highlights. Can’t recommend enough!"

Les points positifs le logement, grand terrain, la piscine sécurisée, jacuzzi, les transats, l’accès au jardin, belle terrasse, la propreté , l’équipement cuisine. Seule point négatif l'escalier pour monter à l'étage est raide donc difficile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette très belle prestation. 10 « exceptionnel »"

"Beautiful house but not very comfortabel. The chairs and matrasses very not very comfortabel. The rooms in the Dependance were to far away from a toilet and had spiderwebs in the corridor and stairway. Only one of us dare to sleep there. So we had to share one room with 3 persons."

Petite cuisine mais suffisante pour 1 semaine. Hôte très sympathique et réactif (petit souci de chauffage le premier jour très vite géré par Frédéric.) "

"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"
