The bed is so comfy and the outside areas including the pool are beautiful. The views are amazing. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge are available but we would have appreciated a cork screw and a little more information about local villages and market days. "

"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me...

We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all.
