80 m² gîte on the ground floor and upper floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area, 2 bedrooms, shower room, central heating. Private grounds of 200 m², boules court. Shared storage for bicycles, fishing, etc. Heating fee: €10/night. It is possible to rent another rural gîte for 6 people nearby (no. 1174). The owner has preserved the character of the house (ornamental fireplace, local stone, etc.) and its integration into the landscape, in a wooded area with numerous nearby bodies of water. Free discovery walks are available from the gîte.
