We offer you this beautiful house full of charm that can accommodate up to 5 people.

It has an entrance opening onto a living room. This one offers all the comfort to enjoy a moment of reading or a moment of relaxation in front of the TV.
You also have a wifi connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, Nespresso & Bodium coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
A separate toilet is also on this level.

Adjoining the kitchen, you will find a staircase from the loggia, leading you to the terrace. A beautiful landscaped outdoor courtyard equipped with garden furniture.
You can enjoy beautiful summer evenings with the plancha at your disposal.

On the night side, upstairs, you will find three beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings and quality bedding.
The first bedroom, very spacious, has a 180 bed with a small balcony from which you can see the sea.
A bedroom adjoining it has a bed with a 90x190 bed.
As well as a third bright bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
On this level you will also find a separate WC.

In the basement, you have the shower room with storage, heated towel rail and a hair dryer.

A laundry room is located in an adjoining room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and a small play area for children (books and board games are available).

Parking is free all year round on this street.
You can park relatively easily.

Schöner Urlaub am Atlantik
Kurzer Weg zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, eine lange Promenade mit Restaurants und Souvenirläden. Das Auto blieb den Aufenthalt über stehen, da Parkplätze nicht einfach zu finden waren.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille
Charmante maison bien décorée et accueillante. Tout est fonctionnel et pratique, il faut savoir que la salle de bain est en sous sol, et qu'il n'y a pas de possibilité de ranger des vélos de location. Nous avons utilisés les vélos "Les petites reines" de la ville pour nous déplacer dans les environs. Tout est accessible à pied, la grande plage, les restos et les commerces et le marché Arago. Axelle est très sympathique et arrangeante pour organiser notre arrivée et notre départ. Merci !

Tres chouette pied a terre plein centre
Location en tous points conforme à la description, tres propre et bien equipée. Les propriétaires tres sympas, disponibles et de bon conseil. La localisation plein centre etait une premiere pour nous (plus habitués à Bel Air, plus calme l'été) mais s'est averée parfaite pour la Toussaint, meme pas besoin des vélos, tout à pieds. Et quel plaisir de voir la hauteur des vagues depuis le balcon de sa chambre!...bref a refaire.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines exceptionnelles dans la maison de Véronique et Thierry. L’accueil était parfait, présentation de la maison, bonnes adresses aux alentours et petite attention pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain. La maison est agréable, lumineuse et très bien située, proche du centre et de la plage, très joliment décorée et très confortable (literie de très grande qualité). Tout le nécessaire (et plus) était présent : draps, serviettes mais aussi produits ménagers, papier alu, sel, poivre…. Location parfaite, nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci beaucoup!

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist super und gepflegt und wurde komplett hochwertig renoviert. Einwandfreie und qualitativ sehr gute Betten, wunderbar und vor allem schmerzfrei geschlafen. Das Badezimmer ist zwar im Keller, aber OK. Die Badewanne soll durch eine Dusche getauscht werden, was besser ist. Im Garten eine neue Plancha. Das Haus ist fast am Meer. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen schmalen Blick auf das Meer. Dieses Haus wird in Zukunft unser Feriendomizil werden.

Le charme de cette maison typique et rénovée avec soin du quartier prisé d'Arago, nous a totalement séduit. Gentillesse et prévenance des propriétaires, équipement de qualité, récent et complet, grande propreté et chauffage efficace pour l'hiver. Parking facile et gratuit dans une rue calme, à 200 mètres de la mer et des commerces.
