You are welcome in my house which sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large bright living room which overlooks a pleasant garden. A garage will store bikes and boards, a pingpong table is available to play with children.
No need to take the car, you will walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes and less than 10 minutes to the Arago market.
You will find there all the comfort of a house which lives all year long, since it is my house;)
