ROSE Vacances offers you this large holiday home, in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Poitevinière district, 3 kilometres from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, with its pedestrian streets and shops.

This two-storey house can sleep up to 8 people and is fully equipped to ensure that you enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

With its peaceful, sunny, fenced garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a large vestibule with a separate toilet and a cupboard, and the entrance hall leads to a spacious, welcoming living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a wood-burning stove, TV and WiFi, and a dining room with a table and eight chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The living room opens directly onto the terrace and garden.
An adjoining, fully-equipped kitchen with a utility room: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter + Nespresso)... There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

On the ground floor, you will find a master suite with a 160cm bed and a 60x120cm cot, a chest of drawers, a dressing room and an en suite shower room with shower, vanity unit with storage, towel rail and hairdryer.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and wardrobes.
A fully-equipped bathroom with bath, heated towel rail, washbasin with vanity unit and WC.

You'll enjoy a large garden with a wooden terrace, ideally situated at the back of the house, quiet and fully enclosed. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, or spending summer evenings in the jacuzzi or sauna (in winter)! Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol available.

Free parking is available in the cul-de-sac.

10 minutes by car from the fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne and its bars and restaurants.
12 minutes by bike from the famous long beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and the town centre.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a ‘late arrival’ package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
