Architect house of 180m² in the heart of the marshes, located 3km from the wild beach of Sauveterre (accessible by bike paths also)
Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast to Les Sables d'Olonne, embankment, pedestrian streets, large beach, casinos, zoo...

The house is composed of 2 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Two bedrooms with beds of 160, one with a bed of 140 and the last composed of two single beds of 90.
Many outdoor spaces with garden furniture, sunbathing, plancha, unfortunately not currently visible (wintering).
