"Overall our stay here was pretty good. The location was good for going into town and also only a short walk from the bus stop for the slopes. The apartment is quite small, especially if using the fold out sofa bed. It wasn’t the cleanest either. Still find it bizarre that you have to pay additional money to rent the bedding and towels, but ah well. Bear in mind the block is mostly full of locals so if that’s an issue for you then don’t expect there to be many other tourists staying nearby. "

"We enjoyed a short stay at this apartment as a family with 2 children. The apartment presents as a cosy little place with a lovely view out towards the valley below and mountain beyond. It’s a short walk to the center ville where there are a range of bars and restaurants. The trails are steep & will test any hiker or trail runner! "

"I recently stayed in Saint Gervais with a group of 11 guests (2 families with teens), and it was a fantastic experience. The space was more than ample for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and all the essentials we needed for our stay. The decoration throughout the condo was charming and added a cozy touch to our holiday. "We had an enjoyable stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and well organised. Took us a little time to work out the electrics and plug sockets as our adapter plugs weren’t compatible. We enjoyed not having wifi but our teenager may not agree! The communication and directions were very helpful and we were able to check out later which was useful. We loved the location but you do need a car if you are wanting to travel to the nearby ski resorts. Definitely...

"This is a fraudulent advertisement and should be taken off the Expedia platform. This property does not provide sheets/blankets/pillow cases. Wi-Fi is not free as listed in the advertisement. "We had a great holiday. Good location and good size for family of four with small children. Everything you need. Just be aware the bed linen and towels are not provided and you need to bring your own or rent. But we were made aware of this and it was not an issue. The only other small things is the wifi was not very consistent for us. That was not really a big issue, but might be if you really needed it for work etc. Thanks for a great holiday!"

"The property was in a lovely location, and was as described. I suspect we were the first family in for a while, because we had to do a bit of cleaning of cobwebs etc but it was generally clean and in good condition with nice touches. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best we have slept on in any rental apartment but the sunloungers looked ready to fall to bits at any moment. Overall we were really happy with it and wouldnt hesitate to return."

"Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."
