"This lovely apartment is clean, recently renovated, fairly priced, and very well located in the center of Barrí Vell (old town) Girona. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are all nearby. The only slight downside (and no fault of the property managers) was the noise. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartement (first floor above the street level) and it was quite loud at night. "First of all, I have to say one night in Olot is not long enough, but Lia and Enric were fantastic hosts and made sure we made the most of our short visit. The flat is fantastic and I can’t imagine a better location. The pool is WONDERFUL. The whole building is magical and comfortable and just really a home away from home. "Over our stay we were able to easily walk 0.5-2 mile max to fútbol stadium or take a bus to many if the sights. Floor plan works well if all have similar sleeping schedule. Beds comfortable. The apartment had all the needs of making food in the apartment, and washing and hang drying clothes. It was a very confortable stay."

"My husband, son, and I stayed at this apartment for two nights. We loved the location—it is right in the heart of Girona, with the restaurants and cafes literally at your doorstep. The apartment was very comfortable, and all of the basic needs were provided. The listing is accurate, as there is not a separate living room, but it really isn't needed because you have all the restaurants and cafes right there. We would stay here again."

"This was a great accommodation for our time in Girona! A short walk from the bus/train station, a small kitchenette, and a really nice shower. We were very comfortable and loved stepping right out into the neighborhood for food, drinks, and sightseeing. If you are very sound-sensitive for sleep, definitely bring ear plugs - sound travels in the hallway of the building and some of the other guests were loud at night."

"The apartment was just as advertised. It was very comfortable with lots of space and in the perfect location to easily explore Girona. While a little water leaks out of the shower, the bath mat works to sop it up and the actual shower and water pressure were amazing. The views were beautiful, it’s amazing getting to look out and see the Effiel bridge."

"Nice place to stay, location was amazing. This is a bit inconvenient if you are traveling for a shorter stay, because you have to check in about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The only issue we had was the couch had dog hair on it and it transferred to dark clothing. This was the only thing that wasn’t ideal. "

"the pool was amazing "

"This is beautiful house which is easily accesible by car from Girona and Barcelona. The location is beautiful and really spacious for a big group. The kitchen is really well equiped. The livjng room is very cosy with a real fire. Alexandre was very accommodating and available easily and quickly when we had difficulties with the water. I would definately recommend for a big group holiday."

"One thing - if you use Google maps it will take you up a tiny street you cannot turn around in. I dropped off my partner and then was committed to a very slow 20 minute drive through small alleyways with pedestrians to find the way out and parking. It was just a 6-minute walk downhill back to the hotel but still kind of a stressful experience. Not the hotel's fault... Hotel and rooms are awesome. Just don't drive to the front door."

A comfortable stay in Girona

"The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood has cafes and stores, including a supermarket a few paces from the front door. Clean towels every three days, no coffee/kettle in the room, but otherwise perfectly acceptable."

"Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. The location also can make it a bit difficult to walk bach to hotel as other reviews have noted. It's not that bad and if needed you can stop to catch your breath on one of the walls. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants down in the old town area. Everything was well cared for and clean. They have an online restaurant and bar so you don't need to head down again if you want to stay there in the evening. Area seems safe and is residential so no need to worry about being out late at night. Highly recommend this modern friendly hotel!"
