"Our second stay so knew what to expect. Safe, clean, fairly basic, good value accomodation. Could do with extra seats in the ski locker room and floor was wet. "

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"I was disappointed the property had two bedrooms, kitchen/ lounge it was advertised to sleep 6, but the facilities was very poor, The cooking utilities was very poor as not enough "

"La ubicación que sale al lado del Balneario es mentira. El apartamento está a 45 minutos del balneario, pegada a la frontera con Francia. Así le he sentido. ESTAFADO"

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... "

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"I booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, I understood that the appointment was a 2 bedroom apartment. What I did not understand was that the 2nd bedroom only had room for a single bed ( bunks would have been great) so 1 child had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. As the children have to go to bed earlier than my husband and I we ended up having to stay in our bedroom - we could have just booked a hotel room and laid on the bed! "Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well. "

Good all around

"We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario"
