Definitely not 4 star - extra charges !
We arrived at 2am and there were clear instructions as to where the overnight check-in was. This was not a problem. However, there was no toilet roll in the room. This was a problem at 2am at 1800 metres up on the mountainside..
The following morning, we were allocated 1 roll of toilet paper, and thereafter, you had to buy your own.
When we arrived, the room was still a bit dirty. We actually had to sweep and mop the floors, and run an antibacterial wipe over everything before we could even unpack.
My kids wet the bed a few times, they charge EUR 5 each time you need fresh sheets (which weren't all that fresh).
Further to this, there were no additional items such as washing up liquid, cleaning cloths etc.
The service isn't bad but they reception desk isn't open between 12:00-16:00 and then it closes overnight from 19:00 -09:00 the next morning.
It's a nice and family friendly resort but for GBP 1200 for a 1 week stay over half term which is deemed 4*, we felt ripped off.
It's realistically a 3* which could be a 4* but is let down by their silly charges, lack of finishing touches and low sevice levels.
Wouldn't stay their again, would choose the Mona Lisa accoundation across the road instead.
