"Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. "Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby.
